Prefabrication
We have also been involved in prefabrication since 2010. In December 2021, we completed our new prefabrication plant in Gyál, where we clean, powder coat, and prefabricate pipes for grafting systems. We offer the pipes manufactured here for our own projects and for resale.

PEPKOR Ingatlan Kft. is constructing a new logistics building. We are installing an internal wall hydrant network and a complete sprinkler system covering an area of nearly 100,000 m2, together with an 800 m3 external fire water tank to provide the necessary water supply.

Budapest ONE Phases I-II-III
The Budapest ONE office park, with its special design and unique structural solutions, was built on an area of more than 65,000 m2 in Őrmező, considered the “western gate” of the capital, and our company was responsible for the installation of its low-voltage and fire alarm systems.

Advance Tower II. Office building, Budapest
After completing Phase I of Advance Tower, our company was awarded the contract to design and install the sprinkler system for Phase II. The office building has two basement levels and seven floors, and the entire building is protected by sprinklers.

HelloParks MG1 warehouse building – Maglód
In recent years, there has been significant growth in demand for high-quality industrial developments in Central and Eastern Europe. Flexible designs and genuine green developments are key to attracting tenants and have a significant impact on competitiveness. Melde Kft. designed and implemented the complete sprinkler system, internal fire hydrant network, and sprinkler machine room for the 46,000 m2 warehouse building with Breeam Excellent certification.

Airport City Building "I" - Vecsés
The latest investment of Airport City Logistic Park, located next to Budapest International Airport, is a warehouse building marked “I” with a floor area of ~6,000 m2.
Melde Kft. is responsible for the design and implementation of the building’s complete sprinkler system.
Expected completion: March 2022.
VGP Béta - Győr
VGP is planning further investments next to the ~ 13,000 m2 warehouse building marked B, which was built next to the Audi factory. Melde Kft. carried out the design and implementation of the complete sprinkler and internal fire hydrant system and sprinkler machine room for building B.
Handover: December 2021
East Gate Business Park Pro - Fót
The high-tech buildings offer hall spaces suitable for manufacturing, assembly, and storage purposes, supplemented with high-quality office and service functions as required. East Gate PRO will offer a total of 60,000 m² of leasable space in a total of six halls.
Melde Kft. is responsible for the design and construction of the A1 and B1 warehouse buildings currently under construction, as well as the sprinkler machine room, sprinkler ground lines and internal fire hydrant network.
Expected completion: April 2022.
Prefabrication
Thanks to the Hipa tender launched in 2020 and our own investment, Melde Kft’s prefabrication plant was built in Gyál. Prefabrication contributes to the expansion of our range of services, as we offer the pipes prepared here for resale in addition to our own projects. The Rekontír group of companies, Balázs Bányai, Anita Malomsoki and Gábor Schreiber, managing directors of Melde Kft, contributed to the success of the tender.
